Preschool Teacher 100% for children's group ages 1-4 years.

Runstycket Preschool is an independent facility located in the eastern part of Malmö. The preschool currently consists of 92 children with 17 children in each group. The children's groups are well-functioning and age-integrated from 1 to 4 years. Our five-year-olds are in a separate department called Ugglan. The preschool has large green areas and its own kitchen.

We prepare our own food from scratch with our own chef in the kitchen.

The position is a probationary employment with the possibility of permanent employment. We are looking for you who have a positive, open, and tolerant approach and love working with people. You are flexible, proactive, responsible, and cooperative with good conduct and demeanor. You are not afraid of new challenges and can adapt to changes in the operations.

You work in a team of three people. The children's group is aged 1-4 years with most children aged 2-4 years. The maximum number in the children's group is 17 children.

As a preschool teacher, you contribute to ensuring that daily life at the preschool functions well and that care and daily pedagogical work run smoothly. Together with other colleagues at the preschool, you contribute to a positive, meaningful, and developmental environment.

Runstycket works partly with story themes, where great emphasis is placed on children's language development. The children are divided into groups where you are responsible for the theme work in your group. However, it is important to collaborate within the team for the children's best interests.

You as a preschool teacher, together with other preschool teachers at the preschool, will contribute to developing the preschool's work and collaborating between the four existing departments.

We place great importance on your personal qualities. We are looking for you who are a licensed preschool teacher. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, and before employment, you will meet at least one colleague from the future work team. You are expected to be involved and feel responsible for the operations both in your department and the facility as a whole. As a preschool teacher, you should plan, implement, develop, and document the pedagogical work both individually and together in the team.

Start date 2025-06-01 or as agreed.

Teaching license/Preschool teacher education is a requirement.
