We are seeking teachers in the following subjects:

• Swedish (grades 8–9) – 40%
• English (grades 7–9) – 29%
• Science subjects (biology, physics, chemistry, grades 8–9) – 37%
• Music (grades 7–9) – 17%
• Technology (grades 8–9) – 10%

• Home and consumer studies – 41% (grades 6,7,8)
• Handicrafts (wood/metal) – 43% (grades 3-9)
• Handicrafts (textile) – 43% (grades 3-9)

All positions are part-time, with the possibility to combine multiple subjects into a larger position.

About the assignment

As a teacher at Mikaelskolan, you are responsible for:

• planning, conducting, and following up teaching according to the curriculum
• creating study peace and a clear learning environment
• working in a language-developing and varied manner
• contributing to the school's systematic quality work
• collaborating with colleagues and the student health team

Qualifications

• Teacher certification with eligibility for the current subject and age range (requirement)
• Good didactic ability
• Clear leadership in the classroom
• Ability to create study peace and engagement
• Good collaboration skills
