Childcare Worker for Tellus Preschool

Tellus Preschool is an independent preschool that started in November 2020, consisting of one department with approximately 20–23 children aged 1–6 years. The preschool is centrally located in Örebro with a lush yard directly connected to the preschool.

You take own responsibility, contribute with positivity and energy, you are curious and flexible and look out for the preschool's best interests.

We see that you have a professional approach towards children, colleagues, and guardians and have a holistic view of learning and development. You are accustomed to using reflection and pedagogical documentation as a natural tool in your work. You are well-versed in the revised curriculum and work to realize the curriculum's values and goals together in the team. You work on developing the pedagogical learning environment so that it is clear, accessible, and inspires children to joyful learning.

We place great importance on personal suitability. You need to master the Swedish language both orally and in writing.

Other meritorious:

Experience working with outdoor pedagogy and/or the Reggio Emilia philosophy.

Working based on the principles of ICDP (International Child Development Programme) is meritorious.

Scope and start date

Employment type: fixed-term employment with the possibility of permanent employment.

Employment rate: 50-70%

Start date: August 2026 or by agreement
