Course Developer

Do you want to be part of building a new initiative in digital learning within gardening and the green industries? Our course development team needs reinforcement, and we are now seeking a course developer who is passionate about pedagogy, quality, and digital learning.

About the Position

As a course developer, you will become a key person in our digital initiative. The role is operational, allowing you to combine your pedagogical expertise with digital thinking to develop high-quality courses in consultation with teachers and course leaders. You will also work with continuous follow-up, evaluation, and improvement of our courses to ensure we always deliver training of the highest quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and structure course materials
• Edit texts, images, and moving materials for courses
• Create and build content in our learning platform
• Follow up on course evaluations and ensure high quality in all learning
• Maintain contact with teachers and contribute to our courses meeting Hvilan's high standards
• Identify areas for improvement and propose measures

Qualifications

• Documented experience working with course development and quality issues
• Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
• Experience with video, image, and text editing
• Good communication skills in speech and writing
• Ability to work in a structured and independent manner
• Relevant higher education or equivalent
