Childcare Worker wanted for Malmö preschool, a safe and inspiring preschool!

Are you an engaged and curious person who is passionate about children's development? Malmö preschool is now looking for a childcare worker for our preschool, where you will work with the youngest children aged 1–3 years, in a safe and stimulating environment.

About the position

As a childcare worker with us, you are an important part of the children's daily life. You work together with preschool teachers and colleagues to create a safe, fun, and educational environment where every child gets the opportunity to develop at their own pace.

Job duties:

• Participate in the educational activities and planning of the day.
• Build secure relationships with the children and support their social and emotional development.
• Participate in play, creative activities, and outdoor time.
• Be responsible for daily routines such as meals, rest, and hygiene, including diaper changes.
• Collaborate with colleagues and guardians.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

We are looking for you who:

• Have education as a childcare worker or equivalent experience.
• Have a genuine interest in working with young children.
• Are responsible, flexible, and cooperative.
• Have good ability to build secure relationships with both children and adults.
• Are attentive, engaged, and proactive.
• Master Swedish in speech and writing.
