Trollskogen Preschool and After-School Centre is a small parent cooperative preschool/after-school centre, located in the beautiful natural surroundings of Skrävle. It is a conscious, vibrant, and secure preschool where educators manage the educational activities and parents support and handle the administration. Here, you will work in a positive environment, close to nature, with great opportunities to influence the operations.

We are now seeking a substitute childcare worker who has education for work at a preschool, is driven, flexible, engaged, and full of ideas. Together with your colleagues, you will share a common responsibility for creating conditions for joyful learning based on the preschool curriculum. You should be well-versed in the preschool curriculum and mission. You enjoy working in a group and find it easy to collaborate with both colleagues and parents. In a pedagogical and inspiring way, you create good conditions for the children to explore and learn on their own. Experience and interest in outdoor pedagogy are considered meritorious.

We spend a large part of our day with the children outside on our wonderful yard, but also in the nearby forest and in the local area. In our kitchen, all food is prepared from scratch.

If you have previous experience with cooperative operations, it is meritorious.

You need to have a driver's license and access to a car, as public transportation is limited.

Since we are a small, close-knit staff group, we will place great importance on personal suitability.
