About the Job

For the school year 26/27, we are seeking an experienced licensed teacher for our special education group at 100%.

We are looking for you with broad subject qualifications and expertise in neuropsychiatric diagnoses, low-arousal approaches, and clarifying pedagogy. Our special education group consists of students from multiple grades, and you plan and conduct teaching in the group based on each student's needs for both support and challenges. You adapt methods and materials to each individual in the group and maintain close dialogue with students' guardians and school staff.

Work in the regular school operations may also occur as needed.

As a person, you are calm, clear, and relationship-building. You have the ability to create structure in teaching and meet students with a low-arousal and respectful approach. You are flexible, solution-focused, and enjoy working in a team.

We also see that you are a pedagogical and clear leader who is engaged, flexible, and proactive. We assume that your goal is to create a developing, positive, and safe learning environment for your students. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language both spoken and written. Great emphasis will be placed on experience, personal qualities, and suitability.
