Substitute - Salesperson / Distributor for Pågen in Ekenässjön.
Pågen is now seeking a Sales Distributor with a C-license for weekdays and Saturdays who can step in as needed. You will become part of Sweden's largest sales force that daily supplies the country's stores and consumers with fresh bread.

What does the role entail?
In your work in Pågen's sales force, your overall responsibility is to visit our customers and stores and supply them with our fresh quality products. You become part of an engaged team but work independently with the goal of driving sales in the stores you are responsible for. You get a substitute job that is both varied, mobile, and fun as it includes a mix of both sales and distribution tasks. You have many points of contact, primarily with the customers you visit, but also with your colleagues. With a focus on business and results, we share the desire to become a little better every day.
• Visiting our customers to restock with our fresh products.
• Creating conditions for good sales in the store.
• Planning and executing sales activities/campaigns and following up on results.
The position is an hourly employment with start as soon as possible.
Who are you?
As an hourly employee with us, it is important that you can work some weekends/a certain number of days per week.
To succeed and thrive, you need to be social and enjoy a varied and eventful day where you take great personal responsibility. You are attentive and good at building trust, and are driven by working towards set goals and creating results. You need to be flexible and have good planning ability and structure with a focus on quality and efficiency in all parts of your work.
You communicate well in Swedish in both speech and writing, and the position requires that you have a C-license (YKB). We prefer that you have experience in store and sales work, preferably in the food sector.
