TaxiCaller Nordic AB continues to grow and is now seeking a Key Account Manager who will be responsible for the Nordic markets.

About the position
In recent years, TaxiCaller has developed and launched a range of new products including special transport services and school transportation for the Nordic markets.
You will be a key player in TaxiCaller's expansion in the Nordic region. The target audience includes municipalities, regions, and private taxi companies.
The focus will be on building our customer portfolio by actively finding, nurturing, and pitching to new customers. At the same time, you will work on developing existing customer relationships by identifying new business opportunities and creating value for them. You will manage the entire sales cycle – from prospecting and understanding customer needs, presenting our solution, closing deals, and nurturing relationships with existing customers.
Since the position involves significant travel and customer visits, TaxiCaller provides a company car.
Your responsibilities include
- Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities.
- Contacting and booking meetings with potential customers via phone, email, and social media.
- Presenting TaxiCaller's solutions and value proposition to decision-makers.
- Following up and driving the sales process forward from initial contact to agreement.
- Collaborating with other departments at TaxiCaller to optimize lead generation.
- Nurturing and developing your existing customer portfolio.
- Visiting customers and potential customers.
About you
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in sales.
- You are curious, business-minded, and relationship-building.
- You have several years of sales experience. Experience in service sales within B2B is advantageous.
- You have excellent collaboration skills and are self-motivated, seeing our goals and results as natural drivers in your daily work.
- We prefer that you have experience with public procurement.
- You express yourself well in Swedish and English both verbally and in writing.
- If you have experience in the taxi industry, preferably from a supplier perspective, it is a significant advantage.
- Customer visits in the Nordic region will be part of your daily routine, so a Class B driver's license is therefore a requirement.
It is highly advantageous if you have:
- A large network of contacts within the Swedish and Nordic taxi industry.
- Worked with sales to municipalities and regions.
- Worked with sales of taxi meters, vehicle equipment for taxis, or dispatch systems.
