About us
Mörsjö deli is a growing food company in Östersund that produces delicacy chips, with a particular focus on our flatbread chips in various flavors. Our products are available at retailers across the country and are used both as snacks and as complements to other local products.
We are in a growth phase and are now seeking a salesperson who wants to be part of developing our business further.

About the role
As a salesperson with us, you are responsible for driving and developing sales, with a focus on proactive inside sales. The role is operational and requires structure, self-motivation, and the ability to follow the business all the way.
You work daily with contacting customers via phone and email, where you both create new business and develop existing customer relationships.
The role includes:
• Actively contacting new and existing customers via phone and email
• Receiving and following up on orders
• Being responsible for the entire business flow, from first contact to delivery booking
• Building and developing long-term relationships with retailers
• Planning and implementing campaigns together with customers
• Participating in trade fairs and events
The work is primarily from the office in Östersund.
Travel occurs approximately once a month in connection with trade fairs, customer visits, or other sales activities. At trade fairs, you work actively with sales and customer contact.
You work closely with the CEO and are involved in identifying new business opportunities.

Your first 90 days
To ensure your success in the role, we have a clear expectation picture:
• You will get into our products, customers, and working methods
• You will gradually take over contact with existing customers
• You will start actively working on contacting new customers
• You will handle your own orders from first contact to delivery
• You will participate in at least one trade fair or customer activity
The goal is that after 90 days, you work independently in the role and drive your own sales forward.
