About the Role

As a meeting booker and business representative, you will be a key person in our sales team. You establish contact with potential customers, generate interest in our services, and book meetings with investors, entrepreneurs, and collaboration partners. You enjoy networking – whether it happens in real life, via digital platforms, or through phone and email. You use the tools and channels that you yourself find most effective for opening doors, building, and maintaining new business relationships.

Your Responsibilities:

Establish contact with new and existing customers

Present MJ Capital's offerings in a clear and engaging manner

•

Book meetings for our advisors

•

Work towards clear goals and contribute to the team's success

Who Are We Looking For?

We see two possible profiles for this role:

1. Financially Interested Recent Graduate

You have recently completed an education in economics, finance, or similar, and have the ambition to work in banking, investments, or asset management. The role with us can be your springboard into the industry.

2. Networker with an Entrepreneurial Mindset/Drive

You are social, driven, and have a strong interest in innovation, startups, business, and financing. You enjoy building relationships and see networking as a natural part of creating deals. You are good at opening doors – both figuratively and literally – and thrive on making the first contact.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in speech and writing

• Basic computer proficiency

• Fluent in Swedish and preferably also proficient in English

Desirable:

• Experience in sales, customer contact, or meeting booking

• Interest in investments, business, entrepreneurship, or business development
