Store Manager (70-80%) at Folkpool Uddevalla

About the position:

The position is 70-80% and working hours are scheduled during the store's opening hours, which are Monday to Friday 12–17. No weekend work occurs.

You will have overall responsibility for the daily operation of the store and work independently in a role with significant freedom under responsibility.

We are a seasonal business, with the busiest period in the store during spring and early summer. During this time, the pace can be high and workdays more intense, while it is calmer during other parts of the year. Therefore, we prefer that you have some flexibility and enjoy working in an environment where the workload varies with the season.

Job duties:

As the store manager, you are responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly and maintains a high level of service. Your duties include, among others:

· Welcome and assist customers in the store

· Sales of pool chemicals, accessories, and hot tubs

· Maintaining order and creating a pleasant store environment

· Restocking and inventory management

· Receiving and handling deliveries

· Ordering goods for the store and customers

· Distributing customer orders

· Cash handling and payments

· Invoicing

· Order and quotation work

· Opening and closing the store

· Responding to emails and phone calls

· Experience in retail, sales, or similar work is meritorious, but your attitude and work ethic are most important.
