Work as a Meeting Booker / Telephone Salesperson from home!

We are looking for you who enjoys working remotely / from home and has good experience working with the telephone as a tool.

We require that you have previously worked in meeting booking, telephone sales, customer service, or field sales and are therefore accustomed to handling objections. You will be calling cold customers and generating interest for a meeting.

We consider it advantageous if you currently have your own business / F-tax status.

About the assignment

As a Meeting Booker / Customer Booker, you will book meetings for well-known companies, currently - real estate agents. This involves making cold calls to customers through our dialer.

Working hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 18:00

Scope: Only full-time

Location: Remote work (REMOTE) - Which means you must be able to sit undisturbed and have all necessary equipment (Computer, headphones, good internet connection).

Salary: High commission based on number of bookings, i.e., regardless of whether it results in a deal for the real estate agent, (No cap, No base salary, no guaranteed salary). Target: 25,000 - 45,000 SEK depending on performance.

Basic requirements to work with us:

• Computer with good internet connection
• Headset to be able to talk undisturbed on the phone
• Ergonomic place to sit from home where you are not disturbed by other things
• Speak fluent Swedish

You should be:

• Confident and accustomed to working with the telephone as a tool
• Experienced in calling cold customers
• Goal-oriented and competitive
• Enjoy working remotely/from home
• Possess high social competence
• Find it easy to build relationships
