Are you a driven B2B salesperson who wants to build your own income without a ceiling? Bidma is now seeking a self-motivated salesperson who wants to take responsibility for selling our two core services on fully commission-based terms – with complete freedom to work remotely.

About Bidma

Bidma was founded in 2021 and is a Swedish consulting agency specialized in procurement and purchasing. We help companies win public contracts through our subscription-based tender services and reduce their purchasing costs through strategic advisory services. Our clients are located throughout the Nordic region and range from small growth companies to established players across various industries.

The Role

You will be responsible for the entire sales process – from prospecting and initial contact to closing – for Bidma's two business areas:

Tender Subscriptions – We act as the client's external tender department and handle monitoring, writing, and submission of tenders at a fixed monthly price. Daily monitoring of procurement opportunities in the Nordic region.

Purchasing Advisory – Results-based compensation where we realize savings for the client according to No cure, No pay principles. In-depth spend analysis and strategic contract negotiation without risk for the client.

The position is 100% remote. You work wherever you want and set up your own day, your client meetings, and your pipeline according to what yields the best results.

We are looking for you who have

  • Documented experience in B2B sales, preferably to decision-makers at management or purchasing level
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent
  • Ability to drive long sales cycles and manage multiple deals simultaneously
  • A business-minded and solution-oriented approach
  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing – English is advantageous


Experience with public procurement, consulting sales, or purchasing is strongly advantageous but not required.
