About the Role

As a customer service representative with us, you are the one who represents the workshop externally and maintains contact with the customer throughout the entire process. It is important that you can empathize with the customer's situation and any problems so that you can provide good advice and recommend the right solutions.

Your main duties include, among other things:

• Deliver the best possible customer service with both knowledge and a warm approach

• Administer, book, and schedule jobs for the workshop

• Provide the customer with information about the status of their submitted vehicle

A typical workday involves receiving bookings and inquiries via email, phone, and at the counter. You ensure that everything is prepared for the customer's visit, receive the car, plan and distribute the work in the workshop, follow up on the process, and keep the customer updated. When the car is ready, you contact the customer for pickup and hand over the vehicle.

Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who is attentive, flexible, and driven. You are responsible, have presence, and thrive in maintaining order and structure even when it is stressful. You can independently organize your daily work, but the customer is always the focus.

The role requires you to be social, outgoing, and service-oriented, as well as to express yourself clearly both verbally and in writing. We place great importance on the right personality.

Experience and Qualifications

We believe you have at least 2–3 years of experience in customer-oriented work and a genuine interest in vehicle technology. Previous experience as a customer service representative in the automotive industry is a requirement; knowledge in systems such as Cabas, winassist, or similar is advantageous. Good computer skills are a requirement.
