The role of supervisor requires a combination of structured and meticulous administrative work, identifying your participants' opportunities to enter the labor market, and finding possible internship placements for them. The role is located at our office in Olofström.

As a supervisor at Arbetslivsresurs, you will work with Rusta & Matcha 2, which is a procured service from the Swedish Public Employment Service. Your mission is to simplify and shorten the path to new employment for our participants. We are looking for you who are attentive and a good communicator. You are accustomed to using LinkedIn and social media as professional tools.

To succeed in the role, you need the ability to meet people with different needs and backgrounds, gain their trust, and enable them to successfully enter the labor market.

Main tasks;

· Conduct individual meetings to support and assist candidates in their unique processes.

· Plan and conduct seminars on how the labor market works and which tools lead to effective job searching.

· Create job search plans for participants.

· Continuous processing of employer contacts to create good matches

· Match internship placements with participants

· Follow-up on participants' internship placements

We are looking for you who have the ability to plan and organize your work and always deliver with quality. The role is located in Olofström, but you need to be flexible and able to support colleagues at other offices if needed. Having a driver's license and access to a car is considered advantageous. In addition to the listed must-have requirements, we place great importance on your personality in this recruitment.

To work with the service Rusta & Matcha 2, you must have;

Option 1 - at least 120 university credits (80 credits according to the previous system) or equivalent credits from vocational college. The education has been completed within the areas of working life, organization and personnel work, study and career guidance, business administration, work psychology, behavioral science, occupational therapy, or social work education. You further have at least two years of full-time equivalent work experience. You must have obtained the work experience within the last five years.

Option 2 - Post-secondary education and at least three years of full-time equivalent work experience within one of the following areas - supervision with personnel responsibility, recruitment, transition work for job seekers, study and career guidance, handling personnel matters (but not solely personnel administration), work with labor and labor market issues, work with social and group psychology, career guidance. You have obtained the work experience within these areas in the last five years.

Employment Conditions

Start immediately. Permanent with 6 months probationary period. Full-time Salary according to collective agreement, individual salary setting.
