Description

Teltek is Sweden's only manufacturer of checkweighers for the food industry and has since 1984 grown into an international export company with around 30 employees in Örebro. With a unique combination of technical expertise and customer focus, Teltek delivers high-performance, modular solutions to markets worldwide.

We develop, sell, and build complete machines in our own facilities. Since the start, we have delivered over 2000 machines. Approximately two-thirds of our sales are for export via distributors. In Sweden, we have our own salespeople and an extensive service operation.


The Role

Do you want a central role where finance, responsibility, and development go hand in hand? Do you have previous experience in a senior role within accounting and administration and enjoy taking responsibility, handling varied tasks, streamlining processes, and working with problem-solving and projects? We are looking for an ambitious and driven accounting economist who is skilled in accounting and administration for Teltek, a small family-owned company owned by Teqnion AB, a listed industrial group on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.

Title: Financial Manager/Administrator

Location: Örebro (On-site)

Reports to: CEO

This is an operational finance role where responsibility for ongoing accounting is the most central. In addition, administrative HR and assisting in the company's other processes.

Teltek is a company with a pronounced customer and process focus, and to support the company's work, we need to be available to each other. Therefore, we see that the work is primarily conducted on-site in our facilities in Örebro.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Accounting: Ongoing bookkeeping, payroll management, declarations, monthly closings, annual closings. Ensuring the company's accounting is correct and delivered on time according to Teqnion's reporting requirements.
  • Reporting: Monthly reporting to the parent company Teqnion, internal reporting to the CEO and management team. Presenting figures in a clear and business-oriented manner. Driving process improvements in reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal control
  • HR: Administer personnel matters. Providing support to group managers in personnel matters, both ongoing and as needed. Communicating with external parties, e.g., unions and occupational health services.
  • Administration: Inventories, various purchases, administration of various contracts.

Your Profile

You are confident in your knowledge and want to constantly develop; both on a personal level, in your work role, and together with the company. Numbers and contact with people are your main drivers, and you are motivated by finding new ways to increase profitability within the company and do not hesitate to share your knowledge with your colleagues.

You have several years of experience with similar tasks, preferably previously as Accounting Manager in manufacturing and/or production companies. You have strong analytical skills and thrive in a role where you get to work both strategically and operationally close to the business. You have experience in driving finance functions forward and can translate financial insights into clear recommendations.

We are looking for you who have

  • Economics education (college/university/vocational college) with a solid foundation in accounting and bookkeeping.
  • At least 5 years of experience in accounting, group reporting, or similar roles.
  • Good understanding of the K3 regulatory framework
  • Experience with ongoing bookkeeping, monthly closings, and annual closings.
  • Very good skills in Excel
  • Can and want to work on-site in Örebro
  • Independent, solution-oriented, and efficient
  • Ability to communicate financial contexts to management and operations, in Swedish and English

Meritorious

  • Experience from companies that sell both products and projects (combination of product and project business).
  • Experience with reporting to a group structure.
  • Experience in HR work, e.g., collective agreements, labor law, work environment efforts
