We are a preschool corporation seeking a part-time financial administrator. With us, you will have a varied role with responsibility for ongoing financial work and reporting to the management of the operations.
About the Role
As a financial administrator with us, you are responsible for ongoing financial work as well as reporting and support to management and operations. You work closely with management and have a central role in ensuring that our financial management runs smoothly. Since the position involves part-time work at 40% (two days a week), we prefer that the work is performed on-site at our shared office.
Job Duties
As a financial administrator with us, you work with tasks including:
- Ongoing bookkeeping
- Preparation of financial reports
- Reporting to the CEO, board, and principals
- Registration and handling of supplier invoices and approval flows
- Expense reporting
- Handling and invoicing of children from other municipalities, guardians, and other parties
- Administration of permissions in Fortnox
- Work with year-end closing and taxes
- Maintenance of fixed asset register
- Preparation of materials for board meetings
- Handling of direct debit (applications and administration)
- etc.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Experience in financial administration or similar job duties
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping
- Experience with financial systems (preferably Fortnox)
- Good computer skills
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Valid background check for work in education
- The position begins with a probationary employment
