Fiber Technician - Gothenburg

For our client in Gothenburg, we are now seeking a certified fiber technician who wants to work for a company with a good team spirit and high ceilings!

About the Position

You will have varied work where you perform tasks such as building installations, fiber splicing, cable pulling, technical installations, measurements, troubleshooting, etc. You will work in a team with great colleagues where everyone works towards the same goal.

The position is a fixed-term full-time employment with the possibility that after a period of employment via Boost, you may receive an offer to transition to direct employment with the client. Start date as agreed. Collective agreement in place.

About You

We are looking for you with relevant vocational education or experience in cable and installation work with fiber and copper, and who holds certification. Telecommunications education is advantageous. You have a burning interest in technology and a strong desire to learn. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability. You enjoy meeting people and have a good sense of service and customer contact.

The following are requirements for the position:

• Experience from work with building networks
• Experience from fiber splicing
• Good social skills for teamwork and customer contacts
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing
• Driver's license B

Advantageous:

• ECY certification and experience as an electrician
