Avioto is expanding and seeking a property caretaker for outdoor service.

The work involves professional gardening tasks, including the maintenance of gardens for housing cooperatives and property owners.

The main duties will include trimming, weeding, hedge cutting, and cleaning.

You who apply are a positive and flexible person who enjoys working both in a team and independently. You are service-oriented and find it easy to build good relationships with customers and colleagues. You are practical, have good physical fitness, are thorough, and have a good sense of quality. You have no problem pitching in a bit extra during peak work periods.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement.

Plant knowledge and previous experience in gardening work are requirements.

A class B driver's license is a minimum requirement.
