Södergrens Metal Industry is growing, and we are now seeking a skilled industrial worker to join our team in Eskilstuna. We are looking for a precise and dedicated industrial worker for our operations. You will work with varied tasks within processing, focusing on grinding, drilling, and countersinking where precision and quality are crucial.

About the Position

As an industrial worker with us, you will work with sheet metal processing in multiple steps – from grinding to finished components. The work includes both one-off manufacturing and series production, where precision, accuracy, and responsibility are crucial for the final result.

You will become an important part of production and contribute to ensuring that our components maintain the highest quality before moving to the next step or being delivered to the customer.

Work Tasks:

• Grinding components according to drawings and specifications
• Drilling and countersinking with high accuracy
• Quality checks of completed work
• Maintenance of machines and tools
• Contributing to order and tidiness in production

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience in industrial work or similar practical work
• Are precise, structured, and have an eye for detail
• Can read and understand technical drawings
• Enjoy working both independently and in a team
• Have a technical interest and a desire to develop
• Proficient in Swedish in speech and writing

About the Employment

Start: As agreed

Scope: Full-time, probationary period of 6 months, followed by permanent employment

Location: Eskilstuna

Other: Shift work may occur.
