We at LPE Sweden AB are in a continued growth phase and are now looking for a Workshop Technician for our workshop. In this role, you will be a key person in ensuring reliable machines, vehicles, and equipment used in our assignments throughout Sweden.

About the role
As a workshop technician, you work with service, maintenance, and repair of the company's machines, vehicles, and tools. The role combines practical work in the workshop and out in the field with documentation and planning in digital systems.
You actively contribute to high quality, safety, and preventive maintenance work. During winter, on-call duty within winter road maintenance is included.
Examples of work tasks
- Service, maintenance, and repair of machines, vehicles, and equipment
- Troubleshooting within mechanics, hydraulics, and basic electricity
- Planning and prioritizing work tasks in consultation with the workshop manager
- Ordering and handling spare parts and workshop materials
- Documentation of performed actions, time and material reporting
- Record-keeping per machine/vehicle and deviation reporting when needed
- Work out in the field, also outside regular working hours
- Participation in workplace meetings and contribution to improvement work
- On-call duty within winter road maintenance (15/10–15/4)
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for you who are responsible, solution-oriented, and safety-conscious. You enjoy working both independently and together with others, are structured in your work approach, and find it easy to plan and prioritize.
We would like you to have:
- High school education or equivalent work experience
- 2–3 years of experience as a workshop technician, mechanic, or similar technical role
- Practical experience with service and repair of machines and/or vehicles
- Good experience documenting completed work digitally
- Class B driver's license
- Good Swedish in speech and writing
Meritorious are:
- Vocational training within vehicles, machinery, agriculture, or construction
- Experience with construction, installation, or winter road maintenance
- Experience with on-call or standby duty
- Class C driver's license, forklift license, hot work, work on roads, or similar certificates
