About the workplace

The Oumph factory in Stora Levene is a modern production facility specialized in manufacturing plant-based food products. Here, we produce frozen food that is delivered to several countries across Europe.

Our work is characterized by high demands on food safety, quality, and personal safety, as well as a clear focus on sustainability and continuous improvements.

The facility is equipped with several production lines for both bulk production and packaging. We work according to established routines and standards for hygiene, traceability, and self-control, with HACCP as the foundation.

About the role

As a production coordinator, you are involved in the daily operations and serve as a link between the production teams and factory management. You participate in daily morning meetings, drive shift handovers, and ensure that production runs according to plan and established routines.

The role is present in production, with a focus on structure, communication, and follow-up.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and follow up on production resources such as personnel, machinery, and materials
  • Monitor and identify deviations and improvement opportunities
  • Ensure that workplace environment, safety, and food safety requirements are met
  • Participate in and contribute to production and improvement meetings
  • Ensure that routines and documentation are followed in accordance with HACCP
  • Promote good communication, collaboration, and compliance with company policies

Requirements

  • Experience in leadership or coordinating roles within production
  • Good ability to communicate in Swedish verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work in a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented manner

Advantageous

  • Experience from food production
  • Knowledge of HACCP or other quality systems
  • Experience working with production follow-up and improvement work

  • Scope: Full-time, permanent with an initial probationary period (6 months)
