Scope: Full-time

About the job

We are now looking for you who want to become part of our team at Lindesbergs Gummiverkstad. We are a small, family-owned company where team spirit, responsibility, and job satisfaction are central, and where every employee has the opportunity to participate and influence.

As a service technician with us, you work closely with both customers and colleagues. We are therefore looking for you who thrive in a small team where everyone contributes, takes responsibility, and helps each other. The work is varied and practical, with a focus on delivering the first-class service that our customers expect from us.

You do not need to have worked in a workshop before – we are primarily looking for a practically inclined person with the willingness to learn. With the right attitude and commitment, you will go far with us.

About you:

We believe that you:

  • Are service-oriented, responsible, and sociable
  • Enjoy working both independently and in a team
  • Have practical skills and are solution-oriented
  • Are thorough and have a good safety mindset
  • Are quick to learn new tasks

Previous experience from tire or workshop work is advantageous but not a requirement – we place great importance on personality and willingness.

"With us, no one is just a cog in the machine – everyone is important and contributes to both the well-being and the results." – Bobby Gehrman, owner

About Lindesbergs Gummiverkstad

Lindesbergs Gummiverkstad is a complete tire workshop that offers:

  • Tire and wheel service for cars, motorcycles, trucks, and construction equipment
  • Tire storage
  • Wheel alignment for cars
  • Vulcanization of large tires
  • Emergency service, where we help customers even outside regular working hours

We have a clear goal: to always give our customers first-class service. Right now, we are on a growth journey and want to continue developing – together with our employees.

The company is family-owned and has been operated in its current form since 2004, but the business has origins much further back. In 2027 we celebrate 100 years, something that will obviously be highlighted significantly.

We offer

  • A secure and stable employment in a stable company
  • Opportunities for training and skills development within our area of expertise
  • Opportunity to earn extra through emergency call-outs
  • An open and non-prestigious work climate
  • Regular staff events to strengthen community

In recent years, we have, for example, been to Vemdalen, Oslo, and Sävenfors Lodge, and participated in Stafettvasan – all to continue being a tight-knit and well-functioning team.

"We want to be a workplace where you thrive, develop, and feel proud of the work you do – both towards customers and colleagues."

— Bobby Gehrman, owner
