CNC/Machine Operators for Axipto Mönsterås

Axipto consists of three production units – Nybro, Målilla, and Mönsterås – and is a key part of the strong and forward-driven industrial group Inducore. We combine the short decision-making paths of a smaller company with the resources of a large corporation. Our production is based on advanced CNC machines and robot-based automation solutions, complemented by modern manual CNC machines. We also have a department for cylindrical and centerless grinding, induction hardening, as well as departments for welding and painting. The Role as CNC/Machine Operator

We are in a development phase and are now seeking operators for our operations in Mönsterås. As an operator with us, you are responsible for the operation of a machine group during your shift. The work includes, among other things, setup, monitoring of machines, control measurements, and quality assurance. You collaborate closely with production management and are an important part of achieving our common goals. The work may also involve tasks in our grinding department where older grinding machines are used, which requires a genuine interest in machinery. We encourage initiative and welcome contributions to improvements, both in daily work and through your own ideas.

To thrive and succeed in the role, you need

• Have experience in industrial work – preferably as a CNC operator
• Preferably have experience with cylindrical grinding or centerless grinding
• Be meticulous, structured, and enjoy working in a team
• Have an interest in technology and a willingness to explore new solutions
• Enjoy taking responsibility and be able to work independently
• Have computer skills and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
