The Role as CNC Operator

We are in a development phase and are now seeking operators for our operations in Nybro. As an operator with us, you are responsible for the operation of a machine group during your shift. The work includes, among other things, setup, monitoring of machines, control measurements, and quality assurance. You collaborate closely with production management and are an important part in helping us achieve our common goals. We encourage initiative and would like to see you contribute to improvements, both in daily work and through your own ideas.

To thrive and succeed in the role, you need

• Have experience in industrial work – preferably as a CNC operator
• Be meticulous, structured, and enjoy working in a team
• Have an interest in technology and a willingness to explore new solutions
• Enjoy taking responsibility and be able to work independently
• Have computer skills and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
