Cook - Ebba Brahe School

We are seeking a trained and dedicated cook with experience in special diets who always puts the guest first.

We have high ambitions for our school restaurant and are now looking for a new colleague to join our restaurant team. Here, you work at a fast pace where we together prepare meals for approximately 1000 people each day. You are humble, engaged, and enjoy sharing your knowledge. You thrive in a dynamic environment where children, youth, and adults meet and have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

The position is full-time starting from August 2026.

Meals are extremely important for children's learning, and Ebba Brahe School places great emphasis on offering students a varied and inspiring meal every day. At Ebba Brahe School, students take responsibility and are involved in school meals through an active food council and meal hosting during lunch.

The School and Kvarnholmen

The school is located on Kvarnholmen with proximity to forest and sea. During the academic year 21-22, we moved into completely new premises, with our own catering, library, and full-size sports hall. Although Kvarnholmen is primarily associated with industry, it largely consists of archipelago nature, and on the eastern tip of the island, right next to the school, the existing green area is now being developed into an oasis with activities and recreation. There are good transport connections to Kvarnholmen, and you can take the bus from Slussen in about 15 minutes. It is also possible to take the boat from Nybroplan or from Lidingö, which takes you to Kvarnholmen in 20 minutes.
