About the Position

We are now looking for an experienced sushi chef to strengthen our kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing sushi (maki, nigiri, sashimi, etc.), preparations, ingredient handling, and maintaining the highest hygiene standards.

Your tasks include:

  • Daily preparation of sushi and accompanying dishes
  • Preparation and handling of ingredients, primarily fish and rice
  • Maintaining good hygiene and order in the kitchen
  • Contributing ideas and creativity to the menu


We are looking for you who:

  • Have experience as a sushi chef (at least 1 year)
  • Have a sense for taste, form, and details
  • Work quickly, cleanly, and in an organized manner
  • Are responsible, positive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Speak Swedish or English
