Night Receptionist (Summer Temporary Position)

The hotel is located in the heart of Eskilstuna city with 120 hotel rooms and a reception open 24 hours a day. We have a barception, the hotel's hub where guests can check in, hang out at the bar, and order something to eat.

The hotel is designed to be a social meeting place, with room for more than just staying. Here, various companies, regulars, families with children, athletes, breakfast guests, conference guests, and many others gather.

The role includes:

• Check-in and check-out of guests
• Cleaning the lobby
• Preparation and serving of our breakfast
• Handling bookings via email, phone, and face-to-face
• Sales of food and drinks at the barception
• Communication with other departments
• Preparations for the upcoming day and any conferences
• Following laws and routines
• Ensuring guests are happy and want to return
