Head Bartender (lead role) Copenhagen region, Denmark

We are looking for a Head Bartender for a well-established restaurant and bar concept in the Copenhagen region.

This is a leadership role for you who want to take real responsibility – not just stand behind the bar, but be the one who drives, structures, and elevates the team in everyday operations.

About the role

You step into a key position where your mission is to support the current bar manager and ensure that operations run smoothly – even when the pace is high. You take initiative, keep track of details, and make sure the team delivers at a high level, every day.

The business is growing, and many new employees are brought in during the summer. Therefore, your ability to lead, introduce, and set standards is crucial.

We are looking for you who:

• Naturally takes responsibility and stays one step ahead
• Has leadership within you – regardless of previous title
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Has experience from bar/service and understands what is required in operations
• Can lead and develop new employees, especially during the season
• Has an eye for both details and the big picture
