Cook for Charlottendal Catering

Charlottendal Catering produces and delivers meals to preschools and schools in Stockholm County. Our production kitchen is located in Bagarmossen, where the work takes place and deliveries are dispatched from. Our focus is on delivering tasty, varied, and healthy meals to our customers. With our own experience working in preschool kitchens, we know that the lunch served to children during the day is crucial for them to have the energy for the day's challenges and discoveries. Our goal is for children to look forward to lunch with curiosity and for it to provide them with the taste experience and nutrition they need to get through the day in the best way possible.

Our food should be varied and flavorful. It is prepared from scratch based on high-quality ingredients. It should look appealing and spark children's curiosity. We offer everything from traditional Swedish home cooking to dishes inspired by other countries. Naturally, we take our customers' requests into account and try to adapt the dishes accordingly.

It goes without saying that we meet the Swedish Food Agency's guidelines for how school lunches should be designed.

We deliver meals to about 30 schools and preschools, with a portion count of approximately 1,800.

- Your tasks will consist of, in collaboration with another cook, being responsible for the cooking for all our customers.

We are looking for you with:

· Experience in catering operations or experience working in large-scale kitchens.

· You have good experience in cooking for larger numbers of portions.

· You want to work to give our customers the absolute best food experience, just as you would wish for yourself at a restaurant.

· You have a sharp sense of taste and presentation.

· You have good knowledge of special diets and can handle this safely.

· You have the ability to work in a team and, as a cook, take responsibility for delegating and clarifying tasks for our kitchen assistants.

· You are familiar with the rules for good food hygiene and know the basics of HACCP.

· You have a good ability to handle stress and be efficient and clear.

- Your working hours are approximately from 10:00 to 18:00
