Kitchen Manager for Restaurant & Café Inspira – Lund
Hello! We are looking for a kitchen manager who wants to help run and develop our kitchen at Restaurant & Café Inspira in Medicon Village.
With us, no day is quite like another. We combine a lively lunch restaurant with conferences, corporate events, and catering – sometimes for a few guests, sometimes up to 400 people. This makes the job both varied and creative, and we are seeking someone who enjoys exactly that breadth.
About the role As a kitchen manager with us, you have a central role in the operation. You lead the kitchen in daily operations, develop menus and work methods, and ensure we deliver really good food – whether it's lunch service or a larger event.
You will work both operationally in the kitchen and more strategically with planning, finance, and development.
Your main areas of responsibility

Lead, inspire, and develop the kitchen team
•
Plan menus with a focus on taste, variety, and quality
•
Be involved in lunch service, conferences, and larger events/catering
•
Be responsible for purchasing, costing, and results
•
Create structure and efficient work methods in the kitchen
