Who are we?

Gillestugan Jerntorget is Gothenburg's new-old meeting place where nostalgic warmth meets contemporary curiosity. Here, you will encounter both familiar faces and tomorrow's friends. We aim to fill the void that arose when one of the city's oldest restaurants, Gillestugan, closed its doors in 2006. With the same timeless charm preserved and our sights set forward, we want, together with our guests, to once again bring life, joy, and entertainment to Järntorget for everyone.

Who are we looking for?

We wish to hear from you with great interest and knowledge of cooking, as well as previous experience in kitchen economics. We prefer that you are creative, can both lead and follow directives, and possess a finesse that makes every plate something truly special.

The position is for full-time and part-time with immediate start.
