Kitchen Manager

We are looking for an engaged and driven head chef for our restaurant in Åkersberga, just outside Stockholm.

As head chef with us, you will have the overall responsibility for the kitchen, including menu planning, quality assurance, and team leadership. Our focus is Italian Mediterranean cuisine, which makes it meritorious if you have experience or a strong interest in Italian cuisine and its traditions.

We are looking for you who are responsible, organized, and have a natural drive. You thrive in a leadership role, have good collaboration skills, and can work structured even at a high pace. You are used to taking your own initiatives and have a passion for cooking with a focus on quality and ingredients.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a chef, preferably in a leading position
• Meritorious with experience in Italian Mediterranean cuisine
• Good organizational skills
• Responsible and driven
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
