Sushi Chef

Welcome to Blue Ocean Sushi Restaurant in Lycksele. We are looking for Sushi Chefs with various working hour percentages. We need immediate staff who can work in the restaurant.

We are now seeking an experienced sushi chef to strengthen our kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing sushi (maki, nigiri, sashimi, etc.), preparations, raw material management, and maintaining the highest hygiene standards.

• Your duties include:
• Daily preparation of sushi and related dishes
• Preparation and handling of raw materials, primarily fish and rice
• Maintaining good hygiene and order in the kitchen
• Contributing ideas and creativity to the menu

• We are looking for you who:
• Have experience as a sushi chef (at least 1 year)
• Have a sense for taste, form, and details
• Work quickly, cleanly, and in an organized manner
• Are responsible, positive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Speak Swedish or English
