Licensed Psychologist / Psychotherapist – Long-term Consultancy Assignment in Östermalm

We are now setting up a new psychology clinic at a prime location in Östermalm, Stockholm. The operation already has established assignments and a steady patient flow, and we are looking for you to join our team in this initiative.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking you who are a licensed psychologist or licensed psychotherapist and want to work as a consultant in an operation with high ambitions and a clear direction.

You are a confident and skilled clinician with a strong commitment to your work. You are driven by making a real difference and want to be in a context where quality, development, and professionalism are taken seriously. For you, the professional role is not just about conducting treatments, but about creating results, building trust, and contributing to an operation that maintains high standards.

You are adept at forming strong therapeutic alliances and meet each patient with presence and engagement. At the same time, you are curious, solution-oriented, and want to continue developing in your clinical role. You take responsibility for both process and outcomes, work evidence-based, and value quality in every step – from first contact to completed treatment.

Simultaneously, you appreciate freedom and flexibility and see the value in largely being able to manage your own schedule and working hours. You want to work independently, but not in isolation, and you appreciate the security of belonging to a larger professional context with structure, stability, and collegial closeness.

You preferably master several different evidence-based treatment methods and are confident in adapting your approach based on individual needs. Experience from primary or specialist care is meritorious.

You may already be established in private practice and seeking a long-term collaboration with a stable patient flow. Or you are currently employed, with a few years of experience, and want to take the step towards working more independently. Perhaps you are looking for the right conditions to dare to go solo, in an environment where administration, structure, and patient inflow are already in place.

For the assignment, you need to have, or be prepared to start, your own company in the form of a limited liability company or sole proprietorship.

The Assignment

We offer a long-term consultancy assignment with the opportunity to work between 40–100% according to mutual agreement. The assignment includes at least two days per week, with the possibility to work up to full-time.

The work involves assessment and treatment of patients aged 16 and above under healthcare agreements, private practice, as well as corporate health and insurance assignments. Assignments and patient inflow are already established, with very good availability.

Treatments can be both shorter and longer series. For those with competence and interest, there is also the opportunity to work with neuropsychiatric assessments.

The work is primarily located at our newly renovated premises in Östermalm, with the possibility for some remote work.

Compensation is competitive and production-based within the framework of a stable and long-term collaboration. We offer smooth administration with well-functioning support systems and an administrative team that serves the operation and creates good conditions for you to focus on the clinical work.

Start date is in April/May/June according to agreement.
