About the job: Alm Psychiatry is seeking additional licensed nurses. The role of a nurse at Alm Psychiatry includes responsibility for nursing and treatment work such as medication follow-up, assessment interviews, counseling, care planning, and stabilization and support sessions.

Your Profile: Experience in psychiatric care and further education in the field may be advantageous, but is not a requirement. More relevant are personal qualities and the ability to build good relationships as well as working in a structured manner.

About Alm Psychiatry: Alm Psychiatry was founded in 2018 and since 2022 operates an adult psychiatric outpatient clinic in central Halmstad on behalf of Region Halland.

We work with a naturally integrated physical and digital care. As a private care provider, our work is characterized by freedom and flexibility both internally and in interactions with our patients. The majority of our clinical work consists of assessment and treatment of neuropsychiatric diagnoses, depression, and bipolar disorder. Patients with addiction issues are not part of the clinic's mission.

Care processes at Alm Psychiatry are clearly structured and based on national guidelines for each diagnosis. In clinical work, there are guidelines that ensure patient safety while allowing room for individually tailored care. We actively and continuously work to recruit and develop our working methods to prevent staffing shortages and associated risks.
