About us: Sörgården is a special residential facility with a focus on psychiatry and co-occurring substance abuse, located in the scenic Ålems church village, just a few kilometers from Kalmar Sund. We tailor care and housing to each individual's needs and work with low-affect approaches. Here, we are a dedicated team striving to create a safe and supportive environment for our residents.

We are looking for you who:

• Have good collaboration skills and patience.
• Have good experience working with substance abuse and psychiatry.
• Take responsibility for your work and see the value in helping others.
• Want to contribute to quality assurance of care.
