Bus Driver for Traffic Area Skaraborg

Traffic Area Skaraborg has 530 employees across 12 bus depots, and we operate 210 buses daily, driving the equivalent of one lap around the Earth every day.

With our new contracts in Skaraborg from June 2025 to June 2035 with our client Västtrafik, we are responsible for operating and developing bus traffic in the Skaraborg area.

One of our most important missions is to live up to Nobina's passenger promise. Our passengers should always feel welcome and safe, receive information relevant to their journey, and know they are traveling sustainably with us.

Personal qualities and qualifications

As a bus driver, you are outgoing, flexible, and enjoy both service and customer interactions. You handle stressful situations and environments calmly and confidently. You have a safe driving style and drive in an environmentally friendly manner.

Furthermore, we expect you to:

• Have a D driver's license and a valid YKB. We also offer opportunities for further training.
• Have good Swedish language skills in speech and writing.
• Be able to work irregular hours

About the position

Salary according to collective agreement.

As part of the recruitment process, digital tests are conducted. The tests are sent to you. To proceed in the process, you must achieve a passing result. Note that we may not always be able to provide feedback on the tests if you do not proceed to an interview.
