DACO Contractor AB is now seeking a structured and business-driven estimator who wants to take responsibility for estimation work and contribute to profitable, well-prepared, and competitive bids across the entire operation.

About the Role

As an estimator with us, you are responsible for developing estimates and bids for our construction projects. You analyze tender documents, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure that the estimates are technically, legally, and financially well-prepared.

You work closely with management and the project organization, and have contact with suppliers and subcontractors. The role requires a structured approach, business understanding, and the ability to translate complex documents into clear and competitive bids.

The office is located on Björkavägen 55, but operations are conducted throughout southern Sweden.

We are looking for you who:

• Have documented experience in estimation work within the construction, building, or civil engineering industry
• Have experience with bid work and interpreting tender documents
• Have good knowledge of construction law, AB04 and ABT06
• Have experience with quantity takeoff and cost assessment
• Work in a structured, accurate, and business-like manner
• Are self-sufficient and take responsibility for the entire estimation process
• Have good Swedish in speech and writing
• Have a B driver's license
