We are looking for another site manager / project manager who truly understands building services

We are a renovation company based in Limhamn that is growing steadily and now need to strengthen our team with another site manager/project manager.

We do not work with new construction or large contracts – with us it's about insurance claims and building service assignments for private individuals, housing associations and companies.

This is building services for real: many projects running simultaneously, high tempo and close contact with the customer.

We are looking for you who have practical experience, are structured and used to making things happen – not just planning them.

About the role

As a project manager with us, you are responsible for your projects from start to finish.

You have ongoing contact with customers, plan the work and ensure that craftsmen and subcontractors are in the right place at the right time.

It is an operational role – you need to be able to make decisions, solve problems and drive the projects forward every day.

Your duties

• Manage renovation and insurance projects from start to finish
• Customer contact, home visits, start and finish meetings
• Cost estimation and quotation preparation (MEPS is a big plus)
• Planning and coordination of craftsmen and subcontractors
• Ongoing follow-up and invoicing

We believe that you:

• Have several years of experience in project management within building services or renovation
• Have a practical background or good understanding of production
• Are used to handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Are structured and get things done
• Are comfortable with digital tools (e.g., Bygglet, MEPS or similar)
• Speak and write Swedish fluently
• Have a Class B driver's license

Personal qualities

• Down-to-earth and solution-oriented
• Confident in dialogue with both customers and craftsmen
• Can handle a high tempo and changes in daily work
• Take responsibility and keep your projects together
