Site Manager Construction, Machinery & Water/Sewage

We are seeking an experienced and driven site manager for our construction department with a focus on machinery work and water/sewage projects. You will be responsible for leading production in the field, ensuring quality and safety, and driving projects according to schedule and budget.

Job Duties

• Plan, lead, and distribute work on construction and installation sites (water/sewage, excavation, ground, machinery).
• Ensure that work follows applicable laws, regulations, and company procedures (Safety, Environment, Quality).
• Resource and machinery planning as well as material orders.
• Follow-up on schedules, costs, and reporting to project manager.
• Staff responsibility: supervision, work environment, and skills development for team.
• Contact with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience as a site manager/construction engineer within ground and water/sewage work (minimum 3–5 years qualifying).
• Good knowledge of excavation, pipeline work, backfilling, drainage, and machinery handling.
• Driver's license B; driver's license for larger machinery or forklift is qualifying.
• Knowledge of work environment, BAS-U/P and relevant legislation.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and make decisions as well as good communication skills.
• Independent, confident in leadership role, and solution-oriented.
