First Organist

The Position

Our current first organist will move on to another position on August 1, 2026, and we are looking for someone with worship joy, ambition, musical and social ability. You will get to work with choirs that truly can sing with nuance and feeling. You will play on a very fine organ in the majestic medieval St. Olof's Church but also in many other of our churches. The position includes qualified choir direction of really skilled choirs, organ playing during services and ceremonies, and individual organ instruction – we have many young promising organ talents in the parish.

Qualifications

Organist degree or equivalent

Belongs to the Church of Sweden and shares its fundamental values.

Requirement for a driver's license and access to own car.
