Personal Assistant for a young woman in a safe and pleasant environment

We are looking for you who want to make a difference in the everyday life of a young, joyful woman of 24 years. She communicates through glances, sounds, and movements – and when you get to know her, you quickly notice how much she expresses with smiles, laughter, and small gestures.

She loves music, singing, and dancing, and enjoys going on outings and shopping trips. As an assistant, you become the one who makes all of that possible – both the small everyday moments at home and the larger experiences that add a golden touch to life.

You become part of a small, stable team that works closely with her and her family in an adapted home. Here, the atmosphere is calm, safe, and warm. We who work here enjoy being together and value care, respect, and humor in everyday life.

Work shifts are day (7–16), evening (16–22), and night (22–07). The work suits you who may want to leave a stressful caregiving day, are looking for a rewarding side job alongside studies, or want to work with something meaningful while thinking about the future.

We only hire women, preferably around the same age as her, and a B driver's license is a requirement.

We follow Fremia's collective agreement for personal assistance and prefer that you include references already in your application.

We need reinforcement already this summer, but especially after the summer.
