About the position

With us, you will have a varied role where you combine working together with service users with practical tasks related to the property and outdoor environment. You contribute to creating structure, security, and a functioning everyday life – both through your approach and your practical skills.

• Are handy and enjoy practical work
• Have a genuine interest in working with people
• Are committed and see the value in participation and self-determination
• Have the ability to see what needs to be done and take responsibility
• Can repair, fix, and maintain in and around the property

Work tasks may include, for example:

• Simple repairs and maintenance
• Maintenance of property and outdoor environment
• Working together with service users in practical chores
• Supporting service users in being involved in activities and work tasks
• Contributing to a secure, structured, and pleasant environment
