About the position

We are now seeking more people who want to work as personal assistants for our client in Visby. The assignment concerns a man in his 60s living in Visby, inside the city walls.

Do you have a sense of humor, positive energy, and are a down-to-earth person who wants meaningful work? Then you have found the right place!

The working hours are scheduled as two shorter work shifts per day, approximately 2-3 hours long. One in the morning/forenoon and one in the evening. Therefore, we prefer that you live near the client. The hours may suit you if you want to combine this with another job or studies. We welcome applications from those who want to work full-time, part-time, or as a substitute as needed.

You will start the employment with an hourly position, but there are good chances to get a fixed schedule if the personal chemistry between you and the client works well.

As a personal assistant, you provide individually tailored support to a person with a disability in their daily life. The work is carried out in the client's home and in other environments where the client is present. The tasks vary based on the client's needs and may include personal care, support in daily routines, mobility assistance, and accompanying during activities and errands.

There is also the possibility to work for multiple clients, either in the same location or in different locations around Gotland.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working as a personal assistant (experience is desired)
• Is responsible, attentive, and has a professional approach
• Is cheerful and positive
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has the ability to work flexible hours
• Does not have issues with the smell of smoke

• Employment conditions according to the collective agreement with Kommunal
• Individual salary setting, hourly wage as agreed
