The client in question is a positive and active woman in her 30s who requires assistance with most aspects of daily life, such as support with dressing, cleaning, personal hygiene, cooking, and more. The client enjoys going on outings, drawing, and hugging.

The client needs assistants who are direct and clear in their communication, both verbally and with body language. Unclear communication and carelessness with routines can cause the client to act out. The tasks can be very varied and involve assistance inside and outside the home, which places high demands on your flexibility.

You will be part of a large workgroup consisting of engaged, positive assistants who all work with common goals for the client's continued development. You will work according to clearly established routines and an implementation plan regarding everything that occurs in daily life.

You who apply should be mature in your approach to handling different situations, both demanding and less demanding.

Humor, understanding, and taking your own initiative are important to the client.

It is required that you as a personal assistant are confident in yourself, you are attentive, flexible, proactive, and have a genuine interest in your work.


The work is based on respect for the individual's self-determination and integrity.

Working hours are scheduled around the clock with on-call nights and day shifts.

A driver's license is required.

A dog is present at the workplace.

Experience with personal assistance is required, but personal suitability will carry the most weight.

Experience with diabetes is meritorious.
