We are looking for a personal assistant – become part of our everyday life!

We are searching for a personal assistant for a 33-year-old man with an intellectual disability. He lives in his own apartment in Hässleholm and has his own car. We want to find you who can contribute with safety, joy, and structure in his daily life.

About the position:

We offer a vacation substitute position and are looking for a person who can work as needed starting now.

Working hours: Weekdays: 3:30 PM–8:30 AM and 3:30 PM–9:00 PM, when the member attends daily activities.

Weekends: 8:30 AM–8:30 AM and 10:00 AM–9:00 PM.

We are looking for you who:

• Are calm, secure, and stress-resistant
• Have a warm and empathetic approach
• Are orderly and structured
• Have experience with autism and low-arousal approaches
• Are familiar with picture schedules and visual supports
• Have a driver's license (manual transmission)

About daily life:

Daily life consists of activities such as walks, outings to water, picnics and barbecues, looking at picture books, photography, watching movies, and listening to music. If you share an interest in these moments, the work will be both fun and meaningful!

As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of his daily life, and you will have the opportunity to create safety, joy, and community – every day.
