Male Companion in Täby

We now have an assignment in Täby where we are looking for a male, competent, and experienced companion for a task of 43 hours per month. (Note, the number of hours may vary per month)

It concerns a young man with mild intellectual disability, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and intellectual impairment who wants to go out for various social leisure activities such as walks, exercise, and gym.

Job duties: As a companion with us, you provide care and social support based on the customer's individual needs and wishes. Together with other staff, you work to make the customer's life meaningful and rich. As a companion, you accompany the customer on various activities. Day and time are varying but often scheduled in late afternoons/evenings and weekends.

Qualifications: We want you to have experience with disabilities. You have a positive attitude and a flexible, creative mindset with an ability to see opportunities. You see it as your obvious responsibility to contribute to a positive work environment. You also have good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing.
