Personal Assistant for Child Client in Mantorp/Linköping

We are now seeking a personal assistant for a very active child client. Urgently Needed

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who retains a childlike spirit and enjoys being active and coming up with things. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability, chemistry, and collaboration skills. You are a delightful and child-loving person who is also comfortable working independently. You need to have patience to wait for the user's signals. Since the user does not have verbal speech, it is also important that you are attentive and observant of his needs and general well-being by interpreting his body language and sounds.

Your workplace is where the client is, with his home in Linköping as the starting point. You will also accompany him to leisure activities and outings. The work may involve traveling with the client and his family.

Requirements:

I am a 13-year-old boy and I live with my mom, dad, and younger sibling. During the days, I go to school, but in the afternoons and evenings as well as weekends, I need assistance. As an assistant, I want you to enjoy moving around, being outdoors, and also playing and having fun. I like when things happen, so it's good if you are inventive and come up with activities and new ideas. I also want you to be positive and able to help me learn things. With me, it's usually full speed ahead, and I love jumping on a trampoline, swimming, listening to music, swinging, playing with my sibling, and taking short walks in the forest and nearby areas.

I have a cognitive, autism, and ADHD disability, which for me means I do not speak with words and need help with performing all activities in daily life as well as interaction and communication. I can walk but sometimes need support to get around, and when I need to move longer distances, I use a wheelchair. Sometimes I can be extra playful and active, and then I run, so you must be quite fast to keep up and ensure I do not expose myself to dangers. I also need a lot of active help with eating, going to the toilet/changing diapers, hygiene, getting dressed, and playing.

Working Hours and Employment Rate:

Schedule 60-100%, for the duration of the assignment (if you want to combine it with another job you can). The weekly schedule is afternoons/evenings and weekends (daytime). During school holidays, working hours may be scheduled for daytime on weekdays instead.

Salary: Fixed hourly wage as per agreement. Other compensations according to collective agreement.
